How long will it take my order to arrive/how much does shipping cost?
We offer a few shipping speeds/prices at checkout.
All processing, shipping, and arrival times/costs are estimates. Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm CT, on non-bank holidays.
Standard Shipping (USPS Parcel Select Ground): $10. Processing time: 2+ day processing. Shipping Service: 2-8 days shipping. Arrives In: 4-10 business days.
Faster Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $15. Processing time: 1-2 day processing. Shipping Service: 1-3 days shipping. Arrives In: 2-5 business days.
Fastest Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): $50. Processing time: 1 day processing. Shipping Service: 1-2 days shipping. Arrives In: 2-3 business days.
Processing time includes handwriting your card (if applicable) and hand packing the curated theme box or your own customized box. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been processed and shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also call the USPS customer service phone number at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).

Is Free Shipping available?
As a small business, we are unable to offer free shipping at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not, we currently ship anywhere in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska!) as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories.
Can I ship multiple gifts to different addresses?
At this time, this can only be done by placing separate orders. We are able to ship to one address per order. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the custom and personal nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final. On the unfortunate occasion that an item arrives damaged or wrong, reach out to us at email@example.com and one of our customer care team members will be happy to help you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, unfortunately we do not accept order cancellations.
Do you offer a subscription box service?
We do not currently have a subscription box service. Each of our curated boxes are created with unique themes, seasons, or occasions in mind, and are not repeated on a monthly basis. However, we are constantly releasing new theme and seasonal boxes.
What is inside each box?
We are not a mystery subscription box! The contents of each curated box are listed on the product page, so what you see is what you get. Choose from a range of carefully curated themed boxes or build one yourself!
Can I customize a box?
Sure, just head over to the Build Your Own Box page! Choose from a variety of goodies for both pups and their humans from unique and emerging brands all over the world.
Do you offer coupons/discount codes?
Yup, sign up for our email list at the bottom of the website to receive these regularly!
